The firm represents individuals, entrepreneurs and small- to medium-size businesses in bankruptcy, intellectual property, state and federal litigation, probate and estates, business formations, and contract drafting and negotiation. They are known for resolving complicated issues.
Norred serves on the boards of JPS Health Network and Arlington Classics Academy, which he founded. He’s a licensed P.E., earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and is the intellectual property chair for the Tarrant County Bar Association. Norred was named a top attorney by Fort Worth, Texas and Texas Lawyer magazines.
Lampe focuses on litigation and advising business owners in a breadth of issues, including entity formation, contract negotiation, related family law matters, and probate. He earned his law degree from TAMU and is a USMC veteran.
Paxton focuses on probate, estate planning, business litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, holds an AV Martindale Hubbell rating, and was recognized by several magazines between 2009 and 2015 as a top attorney, including Texas Lawyer. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and past president of the Arlington Bar Association.
